One of my favorite towns in Western Washington to visit for the day (and also for a great location) is Poulsbo. I just love the small town with a Nordic twist. Poulsbo has great shops and restaurants and is worth the trip.
Whenever I went to Poulsbo one of the shops I always visited was Sugar Flower Market. I loved the simple but chic clothes, gorgeous classic kids clothes and classic household decor.
Sugar Flower Market’s owner Liz has now moved across the street with a new but equally lovely shop named Millie + Clover.
This shop has a focus on beautiful natural fiber textiles and notions, but still has the fabulous clothes that you can’t find anywhere else locally, including my favorite brand Magnolia Pearl.
The name is inspired by friends and travel, I highly suggest you check out the Millie + Clover website to read the whole fun story about of the name of the shop.
For those of you who appreciate gorgeous quality textile brands like Liberty of London and Cabbage and Roses or love independent sewing patterns like Sew Liberated I suggest popping in, also everything is available online.
