Grace’s session at Kobayashi Park in Tacoma was so much fun. Her mom and I went to Gig Harbor High School together, so it was fun to catch up with an old friend and to meet her senior daughter.
We did this session at Kobayashi Park in Tacoma. Kobayashi is such a pretty park, and it was fun to see all the kids playing in the creek. This park is kind of a hidden gem in Tacoma, you might not know it is there, but it is tucked in just off of Bridgeport. Washingtonians are so lucky to live in a place of such natural beauty.
I highly recommend you show off this gorgeous place in your senior photos. You don’t have to go all the way to Mt. Rainer for a pretty spot. Just a local park like Kobayashi will do.
For this session, Grace was such a trooper and up for anything. She even got into the creek for me. We explored the woods and the little waterfall. The evening light was just so pretty.
For wardrobe, we chose to do a romantic boho look for the stream and a cozy sweater as we hiked through the woods.
